Hope Legal Services was founded in Puerto Rico in 2022 by José Augusto Rodríguez González and his wife, Loredee Torres, with a shared mission to provide veterans and their families with ethical, personalized, and professional support.
After years of experience working in veteran advocacy, VA claims, legal-services operations, client management, and case development, José and Loredee created HLS with a different vision: veterans should be treated as people, not case numbers.
Today, HLS Puerto Rico combines experience, personal service, professional standards, and a commitment to the veteran community.
